Approach

My role is to align capital with opportunity.​ When a borrower needs funding, an investor seeks yield, or an advisor is managing a client-specific financing challenge, I facilitate introductions to capital sources best suited to the structure and timeline of the transaction.

Whether the requirement involves construction financing, bridge capital, recapitalization, rescue funding, or a specialized capital need, I work to connect sponsors with funding partners capable of executing efficiently when traditional channels are not viable.

I’ve been investing for years, and the biggest constraint to growth has always been capital reliability, not deal flow. Before working with Marty, I was constantly juggling lenders, re-submitting documents, and worrying about whether a deal would close on time. That friction limited growth.
