How Long Does the Process Take?
It may be possible to get approvals and funding for loans of 100K - 5M in as little as 5-10 business days. Larger projects take more time.
Can I Get Capital If I Am a New Investor?
Yes, I have funding sources available for newer investors. My capital providers are asset-based lenders. and most investors are able to get funding with good money management habits and payment history.
What's Needed to Qualify for Funding?
Although personal credit history is a factor, since my network is asset-based lenders, it may be possible to obtain funding with less than perfect credit.
Do I need a business entity such as an LLC?
Not for all loans.
Do I Need Collateral to Qualify?
Yes. My capital sources are asset-based lenders and only provide funding secured by non-owner occupied residential and commercial real estate properties. I do not offer any unsecured loans.
Are Funding Amounts for Large Real Estate Projects Available?
Yes. Through my network of family offices, debt funds, and institutional investors I am able to fund projects of $200M+, depending on the feasibility of your project, and your experience. I will work with you to structure the capital stack to best meet your present and long-term needs. Funding for horizontal development, vertical construction, and acquisitions may be structured to include senior debt, credit, equity, mezzanine financing, or a hybrid combination.
