How Long Does the Process Take?

Can I Get Capital If I Am a New Investor?
Yes, we have funding available for new investors. We are asset-based lenders. and most investors are able to get funding with good money management habits and payment history.
What's Needed to Qualify for Funding?
Although personal credit history is a factor, since we are asset-based lenders, it may be possible to obtain funding with less than perfect credit.
Do I need a business entity such as an LLC?
Yes. However, it can be a newly formed entity as long as you have your articles of formation, operating agreement, and EIN tax id number from the IRS.
Do I Need Collateral to Qualify?
Yes. We are asset-based lenders and only provide funding secured by non-owner occupied residential and commercial real estate properties. We do not offer any unsecured loans.
Are Funding Amounts for Large Real Estate Projects Available?
Yes. Through our global network of family offices, hedge funds, and institutional investors we are able to fund projects
of 500M+, depending on the feasibility of your project, and your experience. We will work with you to structure the funding to meet your present and long-term needs. Funding for horizontal development and vertical construction may be structured to include debt, equity, a combination of debt & equity, bridge, construction, and mezzanine financing.
